Hydrating care for dry hair

HYDRATE.ME is the Kevin Murphy range for dry and dehydrated hair, including hair exposed to a dry climate. Most formulas are built on Kakadu Plum, the plant with the highest concentration of vitamin C, which holds moisture and smooths the hair surface, alongside shea butter, omega-6 rich evening primrose oil and antioxidants for shine — the basis of both the shampoo for dry hair and the mask for dehydrated hair.

The products

• Hydrate-me.Wash — gentle nourishing shampoo with Kakadu Plum, vitamins A and C, shea butter and bergamot: hydrates, smooths, restores shine. Sulfate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free.
• Hydrate-Me.Rinse — conditioner with Jojoba Esters and shea butter: hydrates, resists frizz and improves the look of split ends.
• Hydrate-Me Mask — mask with vitamin microcapsules that open on contact with the hair: deeply conditions, adds elasticity and volume.
• Un.Tangled, 150ml — the leave in conditioner dry hair benefits from most: detangles gently, protects against styling damage, suits all hair types.
• Shimmer.Shine, 100ml — light mist with light-reflecting technology: shine with no weight and no greasiness, with Baobab Seed Oil.
• NIGHT.SHIFT — overnight serum with Hyaluronic Acid, amino acids, Biotin and Panthenol: up to 12 hours of hydration and strengthening.

The Australian fruit complex

Un.Tangled and Shimmer.Shine share one complex of six extracts: Desert Lime, Australian Round Lime, Illawarra Plum, Australian Finger Lime, Burdekin Plum and Kakadu Plum. Both add Bamboo Extract for antioxidants and minerals, with Tasmanian Pepper and Anise Myrtle in Un.Tangled and Immortelle Extract in Shimmer.Shine.

How to combine them

The order comes from the brand: apply Hydrate-me.Wash to wet hair, massage and rinse, then leave Hydrate-Me.Rinse in for one to two minutes and rinse out; the shampoo can be used daily. The mask goes on freshly washed hair, is massaged in for five to ten minutes and rinsed with cool water. Un.Tangled is sprayed on damp hair before combing through and left in; Shimmer.Shine works on towel-dried or dry hair. NIGHT.SHIFT sits outside the wash routine: one to four pumps before bed, through the lengths and ends, left in.
