Terms and conditions of delivery, methods of payment for orders

Delivery Geography

We deliver orders throughout the European Union and to the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped from Riga (Latvia). Delivery is carried out via the multi-courier platform Swotzy, which combines several courier services (FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others). When placing an order, you will see the available delivery options with their cost and delivery times and can choose the most suitable one.

Taxes and Fees

In European Economic Area countries, VAT is included in the price of all products; no additional payment of taxes or fees is required. Outside the European Economic Area, local customs authorities may charge additional local taxes, fees, and customs duties. The obligation to pay these taxes in this case falls on the buyer. Cosmall.eu does not track or publish tax information for countries outside the European Union.

Delivery Times

The total delivery time consists of the order processing time and the delivery time. The processing time for each item is indicated on the product page, and you can see it before adding the item to your order. Typically, the processing time is 1–2 business days. We submit orders for processing on the same day if they are placed before 12:00 Riga time (time zone GMT+3). Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed starting the next business day.

The delivery time for an order depends on the recipient's country and the courier service you choose. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days. The exact delivery time for each option is displayed when placing the order.

Delivery Cost

The delivery cost depends on the weight of the parcel, the recipient's address, and the chosen courier service. It is calculated automatically based on the current rates of the courier partners of the Swotzy platform and is displayed at the checkout stage after entering the exact address with a postal code — along with other available delivery options for comparison.

The estimated delivery cost ranges from 4 to 25 euros; the exact amount depends on the parameters of the specific order.

Delivery Tracking

When preparing your order for shipment, we enter the delivery tracking code into our information system, which you can use to track the delivery stage of your order online on the website of the courier service handling the delivery (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or another Swotzy platform partner — depending on the option you selected). A link to the tracking will be sent to your email when your order is shipped, and will also be available in your customer account on our website.

Order Payment Methods

Orders are accepted for processing and shipment after full payment. You can pay for your order when placing it using a bank card or by choosing payment via bank transfer.

In the case of payment by bank card, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of the Viva.com system. We do not receive information about your bank card details: the collection, processing, and handling of the payment is carried out on the Viva.com side. In the case of payment via direct bank transfer, after placing the order, you will need to make a payment using our bank account details (you will receive these details and the order number, which you must indicate in the payment reference, after placing the order). The receipt and processing of incoming bank payments may take up to 3 business days; after receiving the payment, your order status will be changed to "Paid," after which we will proceed with its assembly and shipment.

If you have paid for your order but its status has not changed, please contact us using the feedback form on our website. In your request, be sure to include your order number, the date and amount of payment, and information about the account from which the payment was made to us.
