Directions for Use

Mix the developer with Blond Studio 9 Levels or 9 Levels Bonder Inside lightening powder in the following ratios:

• Balayage (Open Air): 1:1 (e.g., 30 g powder + 30 ml developer).
• Foil Highlights (Enclosed): 1:1.5 (e.g., 30 g powder + 45 ml developer).
• Total Lightening (On Scalp): 1:2 or 1:3 (30 g powder + 60–90 ml developer).

Processing time — up to 50 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wash hair with shampoo.
