Directions for Use

Mix the developer with Blond Studio 9 Levels or 9 Levels Bonder Inside lightening powder in the following ratios:

• Balayage (Open Air): 1:1 (e.g., 30 g powder + 30 ml developer).
• Foil highlighting (Enclosed): 1:1.5 (e.g., 30 g powder + 45 ml developer).

Apply the mixture only to lengths and ends. Processing time — up to 50 minutes. Regularly check the degree of lightening. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wash hair with shampoo.
